Accrued Credits and Forfeiture Upon Cancellation
All service credits, rewards, or similar benefits issued under the Membership program have no cash value and are non-transferable. In the event of cancellation or termination of a Membership, whether by the Member or by Advanced Garage Door, any and all accrued or unused credits shall be automatically and permanently forfeited, without refund or compensation of any kind.
