Quick and fast repair and responsive+0Posted on Googlejon w20 October 2026Quick, easy, straightforward, didn’t try to upsell me. His diagnosis and estimate were basically what I was expecting. Kind man, let me watch the process and explained what he was doing each step. Works great, FAR quieter than before. He confirmed my suspicions of the system and said the next component will be the motor since it was carrying too much weight but said so far it’s sounds surprisingly well. So we left it at that and it’s been working great- granted it s only been 1.5 weeks. Lifetime warranty on the parts he replaced so that’ll come in handy down the road.+0Posted on GoogleTawni Bennett19 October 2026My garage was super loud when it opened and closed. My garage sounds perfect now!!! Online appointments made it so easy to schedule when my door springs broke on a weekend, and promptly Monday morning Tony Romero came to save the day. He not only took the time to fix the problem but resolve other issues from the original installation. My door is oversized and required custom springs, so it took a few days but upon their return Tony and Jack did a great job getting my garage in order. I highly recommend them to anyone, and with parts guarantee and maintenance I expect many years of trouble free use.+0Posted on GoogleCaleb Christensen21 September 2026Trevor was fantastic. Another company came out before advanced garage door, and was really pushing us to just buy a whole new door and pay for the install for everything which would have been super expensive. They told us that we couldn't repair our garage door. Trevor heard my proposition and request for a bid to do the same work, and instead of giving me a bid for all of that extra work, he was honest and told me that he could absolutely repair the garage door for a lot less than it would cost to replace it. Trevor got all the work done super quickly and now our garage doors back up and running with a few great upgrades as well. Going with the less expensive route may have cost advanced garage door a few bucks today, but they won a lifelong customer in exchange.+1Posted on GoogleDustin Ercanbrack20 September 2026Royce front advanced garage door service was professional and kind.
