Will a threshold seal fix an uneven garage floor gap?
In most cases, yes. A threshold seal adheres to your garage floor and creates a raised barrier that the door closes against. It compensates for minor floor irregularities (up to about 1/2 inch). For larger floor issues, you may need concrete repair or resurfacing before installing the threshold seal. The seal costs $25-60 and takes about 30-60 minutes to install.
